Vision
Mountain Veterinary Clinic is a modern, flexible and open company built on long-term positive relationships with customers. We provide clients with services according to the principles of EBM (evidence-based medicine), i.e. medicine based on evidence. EBM is a current trend in contemporary human and veterinary medicine. Clients come to us already with the next generation of their animal companions, who are cared for at our clinic from birth to the autumn of their lives.
The clinic fulfills its motto “We treat your pet as a member of the family”, and therefore both we and our patients feel good here. Mountain Veterinary Clinic represents a reliable and prestigious workplace for its employees, who form a well-functioning team. It is perceived by the general public as a friendly and positive company that, in addition to veterinary medicine, also thinks about charitable activities and environmental protection.
Mission
Mountain Veterinary Clinic provides comprehensive veterinary care and ensures emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is also a referral workplace. The services provided include internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, dermatology, dentistry, X-ray, ultrasonography, endoscopy, oncology, cardiology, medicine of small mammals and reptiles. Patients after operations and in serious condition are hospitalized. Mountain Veterinary Clinic also offers laboratory services and the sale of veterinary feed and medicines.
Strategy
The strategy of Mountain Veterinary Clinic is determined by a basic SWOT analysis and quality objectives. The intention of HVK is to increase specialization in the field of orthopedics and surgery and to become one of the key referral workplaces in the Hradec Králové Region. An essential part of this strategy is the creation of a stable team of qualified employees and building a loyal client base.
ISO 9001
Our workplace has implemented Standardized Veterinary Procedures of ČAVLMZ and, as one of the two veterinary clinics in the Czech Republic, a management system according to ISO 9001. The certification audit is carried out by the international company Bureau Veritas and we first obtained it on 4 October 2019. The certification is checked annually.
These working procedures reduce the risk of errors, improve the care of our patients and communication with clients. We also appreciate feedback from clients on the services provided by our clinic.
