Clients often inquire about the prices of surgical procedures or specialized diagnostic examinations. This price list is far from including all procedures and surgeries performed at our clinic. Detailed information will be provided for each specific patient and case prior to the performance of the requested service.

Surgical Procedures and Specialized Examinations
Prices are always guidelines; unexpected changes associated with additional costs may occur during the procedure. In most cases, however, the final price corresponds to the pre-estimated amount within ±20%.
The price of the procedure includes the service itself, i.e., the performance of the procedure by the doctor, but also the work of technical staff, cleaning, disposal of infectious waste, water, energy, etc.
Anesthesia is always billed separately, and the price of inhalation anesthesia using isoflurane is approximately 1,800 CZK for dogs under 15 kg and approximately 2,500 CZK for dogs over 15 kg. The price includes the work of the anesthesiologist, device monitoring of the patient (oxymetry, capnography, ECG, NiBp, temperature, etc.), isoflurane, and oxygen.
The price of the procedure does not include the costs of consumables (IV fluids, suture materials, surgical drapes, etc.) and medications. The prices listed below include 21% VAT.
Example of TPLO Surgery Pricing
The total price of this relatively costly and technically demanding procedure can be illustrated by the case of cranial cruciate ligament surgery in the knee joint using the TPLO method:
- The surgical procedure itself: 13,000 CZK
- Anesthesia: 600–2,500 CZK
- Preoperative preparation including blood tests, monitoring, and postoperative care: 3,000 CZK
- X-ray examination before and after surgery: 1,500 CZK
- Medications: 2,000 CZK
- Implants: 7,000 CZK
- Consumables: 2,500 CZK
The total price is therefore 29,600 – 31,500 CZK plus 21% VAT, i.e., 35,816 – 38,115 CZK.
